Hi the Clubs closed till next year.
Well they say they are going to do it up fine.
Needs a bit of paint and Heating to bring it into the 20th century.
But most of all dont alter the staff they are gems.
We dont want any of the gang from the showbar as they are not up to scratch.
SO PLEASE PLEASE BOURNE LEISURE KEEP THE SAME STAFF.

Is the Club closing on the 29 of this month? Asked by Seymour's member
If so the large amount of Seymour's members are closing down the caravans, why cant they keep Seymour's open just at the weekends friday- Sunday till the end of November. ( Club Member )

I have been informed by club members that things are not going well at Seymour's Club.
The rumours are that Bourne has decided to pull the club down ( True or False respond in the Guest book Click to View Guest book )
On my visits to the club i have noted the hard work placed by Sandra Mike Liam and the rest of the staff.
COME ON BOURNE HOLIDAYS GIVE THEM A FREE HAND THEY ARE DEDICATED LOYAL STAFF ( Club Member )

Seymour's Club as we know it in 2004. Sadly 2005 remains a total ??? to us customers. Thorpe Park rumored to be taking over Seymour's Club, hope it doesn't burn down like the Foreshore Pub?

Seymour made announcement on stage that he intends to apply to keep the Club open has posted solicitors letters on the club notice board stating the fact.

A Popular Humberston club is changing hands and its well-known manager is closing the curtain on his long career. Seymour Morris (72) has been entertaining holidaymaker's at Seymour's, Thorpe Park, for nearly 20 years. But now park landlord Bourne Leisure is taking over the club's lease, which is held by Mr Morris and joint partner Ron Ward. And as he bid farewell to the venue he has run since 1988, Mr Morris reflected on fond memories there. He said: "All good things must come to an end. You can't go on forever. "It was a very amicable agreement. Our lease expired and the changes will allow Bourne Leisure to run everything in the park themselves." When Mr Morris, of Humberston, took the helm of what was then the Fitties Club, he refurbished and revamped it into the attraction it is today. Comedians and singers have provided entertainment seven days a week to holidaymaker's and residents of the Humberston Fitties. Mr Morris said: "It has been a very popular club and I have really enjoyed doing it. It is the end of an era." Mike Stephenson, design and development manager for Bourne Leisure, paid tribute to the "super" legacy left by Mr Morris. He said: "It has been run very well by Seymour over the years and his work has been much appreciated. "We will be keeping the name Seymour's and hope to carry on the feel of the club in much the same vein. "We've come to an arrangement and hope to get the club opened again at Easter." Over the years, club members have raised more than £50,000 for charities including St Andrew's Hospice, Grimsby, Helping Out People's Epilepsy (Hope) and the Samaritans. Mr Morris said: "I would like to thank all the members and visitors for the support they have shown.""They have been very generous"

Well Seymour's Club is the best its ever been since Sandra Mike and Liam took over.
The Club is cleaner and the Beer is Stronger. Entertainment Friday Saturday and Sunday ( Just Had Ian Smith of Chris deburg fame Lady in Red Stars in there eyes All time winner )
The food is Brill Mike the Chef does the best Fresh Fried Fish on the east coast and its cheap you need to try his Battered Sausage Girls, its Big.......In Flavour.
The Bingo is run by Liam we call him 40.00h you can spot him with the Motor-Bike swept hair style
Ten Times Better ALL THE MONEY COLLECTED IS PAID OUT.
BIG MONEY GAME MONDAY
I was a bit worried when Seymour finished but it has been a refreshing change.
Don't take my word for it pop in at the weekend check it out.
