The bungalow is situated within a conservation area and is decorated in the 'seaside' style.
The private garden is large and fenced for security of children and pets.
A large sitting room/dining room with 3 piece suite and T.V. the large dining table seats six.
Two double bedrooms and childs room with bunk beds.
A fully equiped kitchen with micro-wave oven cooker, two fridges
(one for the beers and cool drinks) and the bathroom with shower.
The veranda (glazed) has a large double glazed door leading onto the raised and fenced patio.
The patio is screened and is quite private.
There is a BBQ and sand pit equiped with buckets and spades.
Full amenities are close by at Humberston and at Cleethorpes.
A resort bus runs past the bungalow.
There are shops nearby well within walking distance.(5 mins).
The bungalow is fully equipped so you need bring only quilt covers, pillow cases and towels.
Pets are welcome but there is a charge (£10) to cover insurance..
If you bring a pet please bring their bedding and bowls.
